- defending multinational video and audio distribution companies by contesting the inconstitutionality of placing a levy on blank video tapes.
- representing the Commission for Liquidation of Insurance Companies in several cases.
- representing a Cinema Producer against the Spanish State TV. We established the existence and non-fulfilment of contract, obtaining approximately 1,000,000 euros for our client.
- Defending the rights of privacy and public image of numerous Celebrites, obtaining substantial sums in compensation.
